Good morning Fountain Pointe owners,

Please mark your calendars. Pressure washing of the buildings is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Work will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of that week. If the project is not completed, service will continue on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

Please note that screened porches will not be directly washed; however, items in those areas may still get wet. We recommend removing any belongings from your decks or porches that you do not want exposed to water.

Work will begin at the front of the complex and progress toward the back.
