Please mark your calendars, contact your Property Management Teams, inform your renters, etc. Starting on Tuesday 8/4/2025 by 8 AM. The parking lot repairs will continue. Starting at the main entry in front of buildings 100/101 and will go to the beginning of building 106 (IN FRONT OF BUILDING 106 DOES NOT HAVE TO BE MOVED AT THIS TIME) to include the parking area at the mailbox hut and dumpsters. ALL vehicles will need to be moved from these areas. They can park in any spot not numbered or in the new parking lot by building 120. Also along the street by the park area. VEHICLES NOT MOVED WILL BE TOWED AWAY! This area will need to stay empty until completed. We will keep all posted when it is reopened for use. We will then give notice to the next section and dates to be serviced. Any vehicle that parks in the work area will be removed by towing.
PLEASE ENSURE ALL VEHICLES ARE MOVED!

3. On buildings 100, 101, 105 and 106.

Hello Owners of Fountain Pointe POA,
Enclosed below please find your 2025 Approved Budget by the Board of Directors. Unfortunately, the Board of Directors had to make a tough decision. Dues must be increased due to the cable, electric, trash, etc. All of these items go up yearly. So, over all your POA Board of Directors have been doing an awesome job along with the Property management Team.
Your 2025 dues will be $250 per month starting January 2025. Please adjust your online payments, accounting, etc.
